Gaming Events in London - February 2019

Two large events in the gaming calendar are happening in London in February. On the 4th February at the prestigious Savoy Hotel in London, the 12th International Gaming Awards Ceremony will be held. Over 25 awards will be handed out in categories that include Best Gaming Operator, Casino Venue of the Year, iGaming Software Supplier, Innovator of the Year Awards for Suppliers and Operators, Sports Betting Company, Mobile Operator of the Year, Live Casino of the Year, Online Casino Operator of the Year, Online Poker Operator of the Year and Slots Provider of the Year.

Straight after these awards the ICE (International Casinos Exhibition) will take place at Excel in London from the 5th to the 7th February. At this annual event you can try the latest game releases and see those that are still being developed by a range of software developers and platform creators from over 150 countries around the world. Exhibition stands also feature gaming licence authorities, online casinos, sports betting representatives, payment providers and numerous other companies that support the gaming industry. During this exhibition you can participate in many seminars or attend the Ice Vox which is a series of seven conferences that highlight industry issues including Cybercrime and Security, Artificial Intelligence and Modernising Lotteries.  

Both of these events are extremely important to the growing gaming industry. They are great events to socialise with suppliers and competitors and see the amazing advances that are happening in technology and the industry. The awards show that the industry recognises the committment and determination of the people who work within it. With such a thriving industry even those that are nominated feel a sense of achievement and the Winners are held in the highest regard.
