Kyiv iGaming Affiliate Conference 2019

On December 18, Smile-Expo will hold a conference dedicated to gambling business legalization – Kyiv iGaming Affiliate Conference. The event will involve foreign gambling experts and Ukrainian government officials.

Top speakers of the Kyiv iGaming Affiliate Conference

The conference is primarily focused on gambling legalization in Ukraine and foreign regulation experience. Speakers include:

Oleksandr Dubinskyi, the author of the bill on gambling legalization No. 2285-3, Deputy Head of the Committee on Finance, Taxation and Customs Policy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
Christina Thakor-Rankin, a UK expert with 25 years of experience, Gaming Consultant at 1710 Gaming Ltd. She will explain how the state can prevent gambling addiction development.
Carlo Pagan, an Italian specialist with managerial experience at major European casinos. Former VP of Marketing at European Casino Association. He will provide case studies of promoting gambling brands on the global stage.
Ario Mansoori, a Swedish lawyer specializing in gambling legal matters and Responsible Gambling. He will tell the audience how to identify players and why.

Besides, Kyiv iGaming Affiliate Conference will feature a panel discussion: Transformation of the gambling market in Ukraine. It will engage:

Yuriy Gusev, a public figure and a member of the Servant of the People party. Head of Kherson regional state administration.
Iryna Sergienko, President of the Ukrainian Gaming Industry Association (UGIA), a member of the Committee on Ethics and Fair Play of the Ukrainian Football Federation, an expert in gambling and sports law.
Ihor Makiievskyi, Head at All-Ukrainian Association of Employers in the Recreation and Entertainment Sector, a member of the working group aimed at discussing the legalization bill.
